On Wednesday, October 30, from 7:30-10:00 South Central Public Health District will be at the school to administer flu vaccines for students, family members, teachers and community members. They will also bring RSV (60 yrs or older), Covid and Pneumonia shots if wanted. South Central Public Health District will bill private insurance and Medicaid. If your insurance requires prior authorization, please obtain this before the date of the clinic. No payment will be taken at school. If you or your child would like to receive vaccines, please return the completed forms by Oct. 25, as we need to turn in a count to the Health District. Forms are available in the Elementary/Middle School Office. Students under 18 will receive the nasal spray (unless they have asthma). Anyone under 18 that is getting any kind of shot must be accompanied by an adult. If you have questions, please contact us at 208-829-5961.
